My husband is 36 years old, and his blood pressure is 13080. Is this considered normal? Also, his sugar level is 80 before eating and 122 after meals. Should he be taking any medication for this? Id really appreciate your advice.

View allI've been experiencing a lot of body heat lately, and it's making my legs burn and my heels hurt. I'm also feeling really fatigued. A couple of months back, I found out my B12 levels were really low. Could the low B12 be linked to this excess heat in my body? Do you have any advice or suggestions for managing these symptoms or any medication that might help?

I accidentally took Telma 40 mg instead of my usual omeprazole. What should I expect in terms of side effects? I'm a bit worried about any potential reactions.
In place of omeprazole, taking telma 40 mg can lead to potential side effects such as dizziness, headache, cough, diarrhea, and back pain. It is important to monitor for any signs of adverse reactions and consult your healthcare provider if any concerns arise. Keep monitoring your blood pressure, and rush to the hospital if it falls below 9060 mmhg.
