My husband has a pilonidal cyst on his tailbone that started as a pimple with pus and blood. It healed but came back a week later, now it's inflamed but no pus. We want to avoid surgery can homeopathy help treat this?

I've had this small lump on my stomach for years now and I'm not sure what to do about it. Should I see a skin specialist or just go to my general physician first? Could it be something that needs surgery or is there another way to remove it? It doesn't hurt but I'm starting to get concerned since it's been there so long.

Is it possible to get IV antibiotics instead of oral ones for an umbilical hernia surgery in Ontario? I'm a bit worried about infection risks and wondering if IV antibiotics might be more effective are they an option here?
