My husband has a pilonidal cyst on his tailbone that started as a pimple with pus and blood. It healed but came back a week later, now it's inflamed but no pus. We want to avoid surgery can homeopathy help treat this?

I have a pilonidal sinus and I'm considering laser surgery or pilonidal plasty but someone told me it doesn't fully heal with laser treatment Is that true What's better between laser and traditional surgery for long-term recovery
Pinodal sinus treatment varies from surgical and non surgical methods..Conservative treatment includes good hygiene ,hair removal in the affected site and warm compresses and also antibiotics for atleast 5-7 days.Surgery includes flap closure and incision and incision and closure.

I've been diagnosed with pilonidal sinus and I'm not sure what the best treatment option is. Should I consider plastic surgery or is regular open surgery good enough? I'm a bit worried about recovery and which one would be better long-term
Pilonidal sinus is best treated with surgical options—excision with flap closure or laser.ENT-away inflammations often need tissue excision rather than simple drainage.
