My kid is 4 years old and he's still not talking as much as I'd expect. I've been to the pediatrician, and he recommended two syrups called Forts B and Neotoserum. I've been giving them to my child for the past six months, and while I've noticed some improvement, he still isn't understanding everything and can't always reply properly. What else should I be doing?

Nipple Discharge: Normal or Abnormal?
Normal Reasons:
- Hormonal fluctuations: Changes in estrogen and progesterone levels can cause nipple discharge.
- Stimulation or squeezing: As you've experienced, squeezing or stimulating the nipples can cause a clear discharge.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding: Hormonal changes during pregnancy or breastfeeding can lead to nipple discharge.
Abnormal Reasons:
- Galactorrhea: A hormonal imbalance can cause spontaneous nipple discharge, often accompanied by other symptoms like irregular periods or infertility.
- Prolactinoma: A benign tumor in the pituitary gland can cause an overproduction of prolactin, leading to nipple discharge.
- Breast cancer or other tumors: In rare cases, nipple discharge can be a symptom of breast cancer or other tumors.

I'm really concerned about my 10-month-old who has hand, foot, and mouth disease. Is it safe for me to continue breastfeeding him? And is it okay to give him a bath while he's sick with this disease?
Yes, it is safe to continue breastfeeding your 10-month-old baby even if they have hand, foot, and mouth disease. In fact, breast milk can provide important nutrients and antibodies to help your baby recover faster. Yes, it is okay to bathe a baby with hand, foot, and mouth disease. Keeping the baby clean can help prevent secondary infections. Just make sure to pat the skin dry gently after bathing to avoid irritating any blisters.
