My kid has this cough that kicks in about 3-4 hours after she falls asleep at night. It's pretty frequent, and we just give her water, which seems to work after a 2030 second coughing fit. The cough just comes back every few hours throughout the night, and we're honestly exhausted from this routine. What could be causing this, and is there anything more we could do to help her?

My child was given 4 ml of Ondem syrup for vomiting, and after 6 hours, we gave the syrup again. But this time, he got really itchy and his lower lip started to swell up. Can you help me understand what might have gone wrong and what we should do now? This has me pretty worried.

My little girl is 2 and almost 11 months and just a couple of days ago, she came down with a fever. We got a urine routine test done and the results mentioned that ketones were present at 50.0 mgdl and pus cells are at 10-15 WBCHPF. I'm really worried about the ketones; are they something dangerous? What should I be aware of or do next?
