My last menstrual period was on April 24. We had unprotected intercourse on April 28, and I took an emergency contraceptive (ipill) on April 29. My period has still not arrived. I have taken five home pregnancy tests, all of which were negative. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed Meperate, and I have been taking it for the past three days, but my period has not started yet. I am feeling worried.

Emergency pills can delay your periods by several weeks due to hormonal changes. Since all your pregnancy tests are negative, its unlikely youre pregnant. Meprate doesnt cause periods during the course bleeding usually starts 7 to 10 days after finishing the full dose. Wait till then.

View allI have had two early pregnancy losses last year, each within about one week. When I tested, the pregnancy tests showed a faint line, and repeated tests also gave faint results, followed by heavy bleeding. I am unable to understand the cause of this issue. All my blood tests are normal, and my husband semen analysis is also normal, although he has been taking medicines to improve semen quality. During those times, I was taking folic acid tablets, progesterone injections, and other medications. Could you please help me understand what might be causing these repeated early losses and advise how this issue can be treated or managed?

Can a beta HCG blood report be wrong in early pregnancy? Because my cycle length is 40 to 45 days. I got my beta HCG test done after a 1 day delay as per my cycle and the report came negative.

I had my periods on 30 june. I had unprotected sex on 11 july. My periods were due on 30 july, but till now they have not come. I did a pregnancy HCG kit test yesterday, and the result was negative. I had unprotected sex again yesterday, making sure no semen got inside me. This morning, I did another pregnancy test, and the result was negative. What should I do to bring my periods? Is it still possible that I am pregnant after two negative HCG test results? I am very worried. Please help me.
