My left elbow has been swollen for about 3 weeks but there's no pain. A doctor diagnosed it as olecranon bursitis and suggested surgery, also prescribed sporidex AF 750 and Chymoral Forte for a week. Are there any non-surgical options to treat this? If surgery is really needed, what would be the approximate cost in Bangalore?

I've been dealing with AVN in my right hip for about 3 years now and I'm only 33. I've also been on Medrol for 5 years for either sarcoidosis or HSP but it's never been properly diagnosed. I'm 6 weeks post-op from arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder for an ALPSA lesion and need to start active movements and external rotation exercises. Since I can't see a physio right now, what exercises can I safely do at home? I also have slight pain during internal rotation should I be concerned about that?
