My left eye keeps drifting outward away from my nose could this be exotropia? What causes it and are there any non-surgical ways to fix it or stop it from getting worse? I'm really worried about this happening

Yes, an outward drifting of your left eye could be exotropia, a type of strabismus (eye misalignment) where one or both eyes turn outward. While the exact cause isn't always clear, it can be related to genetics, eye muscle weakness, or neurological conditions. Non-surgical treatments like vision therapy, patching, and glasses may help manage or even correct the condition, but surgery might be necessary in some cases. It's best to consult with an eye doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment options.

I'm 21 with a power of 3.75 in both eyes and want to get rid of my glasses. Is LASIK a good option for my age? Will it permanently fix my eyesight or just work for a few years?

I'm 20 years old and wear high-index glasses. I'm trying to figure out which eye surgery would be better for me LASIK blade-free or ReLEx SMILE. Can you help me understand the pros and cons of each? I'm a bit worried about making the right choice.
Doctor will perform few test like pentacam test, schirmer test These tests will guide the type of Lasik In case of high number,if Lasik is not possible then ICL is best option
