My left hydrosol is three times bigger than the right one and has been painful for the past two days. It also feels harder compared to the right side. Should I consider surgery or are there any medications that can help with this?

Painful hydrosol may respond to anti-inflammatory meds temporarily—if large or recurrent, surgery is the definitive solution.
