My left nostril is completely blocked due to nasal polyps and I can only breathe through my mouth. Doctors are recommending surgery but I'm wondering if homeopathy has any treatment options that could help avoid surgery

I've been dealing with a throat infection for like 45 days now, and I had shivering on that very first day. Ever since then, I've had a 102 fever constantly. I've tried medications like Combiflam and Ronemox 500. The fever's finally calming down, but my throat is still really bothering me, especially when I swallow anything. It's pretty painful. Any idea what's going on or what else I can do?
