I'm noticing some yellow fluid coming from my right nostril and it's got me a bit worried. Could this be connected to my recent tooth pain in any way? What could be causing this?

View allMy 15-year-old brother has DNS concha bullosa and the doctor recommended surgery. Is there no other treatment option or should we get a second opinion? His reports show the condition clearly but I'm unsure if surgery is the only way.
at the age of 16 surgery is advised.

I'm a bit confused about something and hope you can help. Can a deviated nasal septum actually cause chest pain? Also, if someone has DNS but their oxygen saturation levels are good, should they still be worried? Would love some clarity!
DNS has nothing to do with chest pain generally. Please have your chest pain evaluated in detail.

I'm feeling a weird sensation like something's stuck or moving around my throat, from the back of my mouth to my Adam's apple. It's been bothering me for a few days. There's no pain, just this feeling like something's going up and down my throat. It seems to go down when I swallow but then comes back up. Any idea what might be causing this?
There is no such thing to happen that could be normal postnasal drip or so,as it is not bothering you you can neglect it if u feel irritaion or anything visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.
