My little boy just turned 1, and he's dealing with some sort of eye infection. His eyes are really red. I've been using TOBO eye drops for the past two days, but there's still no relief. What do you recommend?

I'm really worried about my 7-month-old baby. I was giving her enterogermina oral suspension, and some of the drops accidentally got into her eyes. We quickly washed her eyes with water, but I'm still concerned. Is that going to be okay, or could it cause any harm?
No need to worry that has no complication
