My little one is 22 months now and she just got a ringworm. I'm wondering if I can use candid cream on her? Ive attached a photo of the cream for reference. Could you please advise?

View allI'm really concerned because I've noticed a black spot on the head of my penis and around it for about 4 years now. There's no itching, but I'm really eager to get them removed. Can you please help me figure out what this might be and how I can get rid of it?
May be due to a condition called Fordyce spots, which are harmless and do not require treatment. However, if you wish to remove them, you can consider using topical treatments such as Retin-A cream or laser therapy. Please consult a dermatologist for proper evaluation and management.

I've been using HH Zole cream on my face for a couple of years now, like every week on the 7th day, just as a regular face cream. Initially, I got it to treat an itching problem, which cleared up, but I kept using it. Could this be harmful if I continue this way? Is there something I should be worried about?

I'm really struggling with tinea corporis for the past year. I've tried lots of different medicines, and sometimes they help for a little while, but then the problem just comes right back. I'm getting frustrated and worried. Do you have any advice on what I can do to finally get rid of this for good?
To address this, I recommend trying a combination antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole 1% and Betamethasone 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected area twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine 250mg once daily for 2-4 weeks to help clear the infection from within. Remember to maintain good hygiene practices and avoid sharing personal items to prevent reinfection.
