I'm really worried because my hair is falling out more and more each day. Can you please help me find the best shampoo or treatment to stop this hair fall?

View allI recently started experiencing a warm sensation on my left foot's dorsal side, and it comes and goes really quickly. It just started happening after I cleaned my bathroom with hypochlorite. I've never had this feeling until I did the cleaning, and it was my first time doing it myself. Could the chemical exposure be causing this? I'm a bit worried, and Id really like to understand what might be going on.
normal.

I've got this thing happening with my nipples where the skin turns dark brown or even black and gets really hard. It seems dry and cracked, and when I peel it off and use some cream or lotion, it gets better. But as soon as I stop using the cream, it goes back to how it was before. This has been happening for about two years now, and Im 19 years old. Do you have any idea what might be causing this and what I should do?
The dark brown or black, hard, dry, and cracked skin on the tip of your nipples may be a sign of nipple eczema, dermatitis, or hyperpigmentation, and to manage it, apply a fragrance-free moisturizer, avoid harsh soaps, and consider consulting a dermatologist

I'm using acne UV gel in the morning and the Beneria Expert Skin Brightening gel before bed. I've been dealing with pimples and I'm considering adding Deriva CMS gel to my routine. I'm also thinking of using a moisturizer in the morning. Could you let me know the best time and way to use all these products together? I'm just not sure how to fit everything in!
Based on your current skincare routine, you can incorporate Deriva CMS gel ointment for your pimples. You can apply a thin layer of Deriva CMS gel ointment on the affected areas in the evening, after cleansing your face. Make sure to avoid the eye area and any broken skin. In the morning, after using your acne UV gel, you can apply a moisturizer suitable for acne-prone skin. This will help keep your skin hydrated without clogging your pores. Remember to always patch test new products before applying them to your entire face to check for any adverse reactions
