View allI had a deep corneal abrasion and the doctor said there's a slight scratch on the corneal stroma near the pupil area. My vision is 69 now and improves to 66 with a pinhole in the left eye. I've been using fluorometholone drops and lubricant gel for 3 months. I also had PRK surgery 4 months ago, but my right eye is fine. How long will it take for this to heal?

I've had glasses for 10 years with an eye power of 2 and 2.5. I really want to reduce my dependency on them but don't want to go for surgery. Are there any Ayurvedic medicines or natural remedies that can help improve eyesight without side effects? Also, I spend around 8 hours daily on the computer could that be making it worse?

I have a prescription of sph 1.50, cyl 0.50, and axis 180 in both eyes and currently wear glasses. I'm considering SMILE eye surgery but wondering if it's safe for my prescription. What are the possible side effects I should be aware of?
