View allI've had ACL and meniscus surgery back in August, and then in December, I slipped and fell. My knee's not swollen, but it bent all the way back, which hurt for a couple of days. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm back at the gym. I'm pretty sure it's not my ACL, but I'm worried about the meniscus. There are minor pains, nothing too severe, but I don't have health insurance. I can jog and jump, but there's something a bit off in my knee. How can I tell if I might have torn my meniscus?

My father is 58 and works in the Consumer Grievance Cell at CESC, so he has to travel a lot on his modified Royal Enfield Bullet with a sidecar. His legs have been getting weak, and doctors diagnosed him with osteoporosis. Some suggested knee replacement is that a good option at his age? How much will it actually help him?

I damaged my knee cartilage and heard it doesn't heal well on its own are there any surgeries or treatments that can actually help regenerate it or am I stuck with this forever
While knee cartilage doesn't naturally regenerate, several surgical and nonsurgical treatments can help repair, regenerate, or replace damaged cartilage. You're not necessarily "stuck" with the damage if you seek appropriate medical care.
