My mom had a 2.68x1.49 cm breast cyst removed from her left side in 2014 the biopsy showed fibrocystic changes with a simple cyst and no malignancy. Now she's noticing a similar lump on her right side. Should she get surgery again or is there another way to handle this?

If a new breast lump appears,it should be evaluated.Surgery isn't always needed if it's benign imaging and biopsy-guided follow-up may help.

View allMy wife was diagnosed with BIRADS 4A fibroadenoma, and the FNAC and ultrasound showed it's non-malignant. We're really hesitant about surgery can homeopathy or ayurveda help treat this condition? Looking for alternatives that might work.
For a confirmed, non-malignant BIRADS 4A fibroadenoma, while surgery is often recommended, there are other options, including watchful waiting and minimally invasive procedures. Homeopathy and Ayurveda can be used to manage symptoms, but they haven't been proven to cure fibroadenomas or replace standard medical treatments

I'm a bit worried after my recent chest X-ray. It showed this opacity in the right lower zone, so they did a CT thorax with contrast. The results showed a well-defined, heterogeneously enhancing lobulated mass in the anterior mediastinum on the right side, around 6.6x5.3x6.5cm. It seems to be involving the prevascular space, but thankfully, there arent any changes in the surrounding lung parenchyma. They mentioned it could be either a lymph nodal mass or a thymoma. Could you help me understand what this might mean and what the possible next steps could be?
