My mom had a mastectomy last week and I'm a bit worried about what comes next. I've got her histology and ER PR HER2 reports could you take a look and let me know if she needs any further treatment? Just want to make sure we're doing everything right for her recovery.

View allMy mom was diagnosed with hepatitis B in November 2016. She had a mastectomy in December 2016 and is now going through chemo FECx3 and DOCEx3, 6 cycles total, with her 3rd cycle coming up next week. The doctors suggested starting hepatitis B treatment alongside the surgery. What kind of treatment or meds would she need, and what's the prognosis looking like?

I had rectal bleeding for a few months before my surgery that was initially thought to be from amoeba. Now I'm stage 1 pN0 pMx and worried could the bleeding have detached tumor cells that entered my bloodstream and spread elsewhere even though I'm early stage?
surgery opinion is advised.

I'm a 27-year-old guy with multiple lymph nodes, around 6-7, in my right neck. Had surgery attempted in 2018 but the surgeon said it was too risky to remove directly. FNAC didn't work just blood came out. Seen over 10 ENTs and oncologists but nobody can confirm if it's cancer or just fatty lumps. Spent all my savings on tests and consultations, no insurance for surgery, so I'm stuck due to finances. One surgeon warned I might lose my voice if operated on. There's also a small node on my right thyroid. It's been 5+ years no throat pain, night sweats, or cough, occasional fever but I eat fine. Any idea what this could be or what else I can do?
ent follow-up is advised to the patient.
