My mom had surgery for follicular neoplasm thyroiditis and now her voice isn't clear or loud enough. Should she get her throat checked or just keep trying to speak more to improve it?

She should see an ENT for vocal cord evaluation—therapy helps only if cords are intact.

View allI'm a bit worried because I found two white spots on my uvula. I recently came back from a trip where I was talking loudly, and my throat ended up red and swollen. I just noticed the white spots today, although I don't have any fever symptoms. It just feels like there's a hair stuck in my throat. What could this be, and should I be concerned?
Since you have no fever symptoms and it feels like something is stuck in your throat, it could also be related to irritation from talking loudly. To help with the symptoms and treat any possible infection, I recommend using a throat spray like Chloraseptic to help numb the throat and reduce discomfort. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like Tylenol (acetaminophen) to help with any pain or inflammation. Gargling with warm salt water can also help soothe the throat. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been dealing with a lot of issues because of DNS and have cholesteatoma in my right ear. I need to get both septoplasty and cholesteatoma surgery done as soon as possible. Can you tell me what the cost for these surgeries would be in Hyderabad and whether they're usually covered under medical insurance policies?
for P/E ENT specialist opinion is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with a blocked nose for the past two weeks and got a CT scan done. I've attached the report do you think I might need surgery for this? What would you suggest based on the findings?
Without seeing the CT scan, it’s hard to determine if surgery is required. Often, nasal obstruction can be treated with medication or a procedure, but surgery is considered only if there's a structural issue like a deviated septum.
