It's understandable to want to explore all options before considering angioplasty, especially when dealing with a heart block and a blocked artery. Angioplasty is a procedure that can help improve blood flow to the heart by opening blocked or narrowed arteries. However, it's not always the first, or even the best, choice, and there are other approaches that can be tried

I'm feeling this heaviness on the left side of my chest and it's getting hard to breathe deeply. I've also got pain shooting down my left arm and into the upper left part of my back. I've already gone through tests like ECG, echo, and TMT, plus a chest X-ray, but everything came back normal. I'm really not sure what my next steps should be. Any idea what could be going on?

Despite normal ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-ray reports, your persistent symptoms of heaviness in the left side of the chest, shortness of breath, left arm pain, and upper back pain warrant further evaluation; consider consulting a cardiologist

I'm feeling a vibration sensation in my left chest that's been going on for a few seconds at a time. I had an ECG and ECO test done, and both came back normal, and the doctor told me that I don't need any medicine. But I'm still experiencing it sometimes, and I'm just wondering how long it might take for this vibration to stop?

In this case, you may be experiencing palpitations or muscle spasms. To help alleviate these symptoms, you can try taking a beta-blocker medication such as Metoprolol 25mg once daily. Additionally, practicing stress-reducing techniques such as deep breathing exercises or yoga may also be beneficial. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation.
