I'm a 25-year-old woman and I've been having this really intense pain in my lower tummy right after I masturbate. Ive done all the testsSTD tests, ultrasound, and even a vaginal swaband everything has come back normal. Im super confused and a bit worried about what could be causing this pelvic pain, especially when it hits so hard every time. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

Masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life. Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities.

I'm currently pregnant and considering taking M2 tone, but I'm really worried about whether it could cause a miscarriage. Could you please let me know if it's safe during pregnancy?

Tetanus Injection After a Cut: Guidance _Tetanus Risk Assessment:_ 1. _Dirty or rusty object_: Since the cut was from a kitchen knife, the risk of tetanus is relatively low. 2. _Blood exposure_: Blood was present, but this doesn't necessarily increase the tetanus risk. _Tetanus Injection Recommendations:_ 1. _Up-to-date tetanus vaccination_: If you've received a tetanus booster within the past 10 years, you likely don't need another injection. 2. _Clean and minor wound_: Given the cut is from a clean kitchen knife and is minor, a tetanus injection might not be necessary. _Precautions and Next Steps:_ 1. _Clean and dress the wound_: Immediately clean the cut with soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandage. 2. _Monitor for infection_: Watch for signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, increased pain, or pus.

While poppy seeds are generally safe in moderation during pregnancy, it's important to be cautious and consult with your doctor if you have any concerns. If you're looking for other natural ways to improve sleep, there are plenty of alternatives like milk, bananas, herbal teas, and almonds that can help you relax and get better rest during pregnancy.
