My mom keeps feeling like ants are crawling under the skin on her right shoulder, and it keeps happening a lot. She tries rubbing the area with her fingers, and the feeling goes away for a few minutes, but then it comes back. Should we be worried? Does she need to see a doctor for this?

View allI'm dealing with these really itchy light brown spots that turn into dark black spots after I scratch them. It's so hard not to scratch because they itch so much! They're mostly on my lower legs and lower back. A couple of years ago, I had the same thing on my arms and hips, and those black spots never went away. Now it's flaring up again. What could be causing this, and what can I do to treat it?

I've been noticing that my lips have gotten quite dark recently, and it's starting to worry me a bit. I've heard that vitamin B12 might help with this. Is that true, and could you recommend a specific tablet or supplement that I should try for this issue? I'm really hoping to find a good solution.
For dark lips, you can consider taking Vitamin B12 supplements. One tablet you can use is Neurobion, which contains Vitamin B12. The recommended dosage is one tablet per day.
