I'm looking for a shampoo that's gentle on my hair and doesn't contain strong chemicals. I'm really concerned about avoiding any damage. Can you recommend something? I would appreciate your advice quickly!

Understanding Gentle Shampoos
- Look for shampoos free from sulfates, parabens, and silicones. These chemicals can strip natural oils and cause damage.
-
Recommended Shampoos
- Consider brands like Aveeno Pure Renewal, SheaMoisture, or Burt’s Bees. These are known for their natural ingredients and gentle formulations.
-
Choosing Based on Hair Type
- For dry hair, opt for moisturizing formulas.
- For oily hair, choose clarifying but gentle options.
-
General Hair Care Tips
- Limit heat styling and use a wide-tooth comb to reduce breakage.
- Regularly trim your hair to prevent split ends.
These steps will help you maintain healthy hair while avoiding damage.

View allI'm trying to figure out the best time to use benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5. Like, should I put it on in the morning or at night? I've heard different things, and I'm honestly not sure what would be most effective. Does it matter when I apply it, or can I use it whenever?

I've been dealing with really itchy rashes and red patches for the last three days and its getting pretty frustrating. I'm using Zovirax tablets and Ocuvir cream, but I'm not sure if they're really helping. Should I be doing anything else, or could this be something more serious?
Stop taking the medication.U can use calasoft lotion for local application for 7 days and also tab allegra 120 mg bedtime orally for 5 days is advised to the patient.

I've been using Minoxidil 2 two times a day for the last 3 months and it really helped with my hair fall. I was thrilled to see less hair in my comb and shower, plus I noticed some new growth. But now I'm dealing with unexpected facial hair, like around my forehead, under my eyes, and on the sides of my cheeks. It's making me self-conscious again because it's quite noticeable, especially on my forehead where it's longer. I'm wondering if reducing the dose might help, maybe applying it just once a day? I'm worried though that it might cause the hair loss to return. Is there another way to deal with this side effect? Would love some advice on how to handle this situation.
your features looks like a condition called hirsutism which could be due to androgen imbalance, this might not be due to minoxidil lotion ,u can make the frequency to once daily as your hair fall issue is resolved, visit Dermatologist as soon as possible for further evaluation.
