My mom recently recovered from corona, but now her lungs are 64 percent infected. Whenever she walks, her oxygen levels drop. Can you give some advice on what we should do?

I saw a physician last week who thought it might be related to acidity, so I took medication for that, but it hasn't really helped my breathing at all. It gets particularly bad at night, although once I'm asleep, it's not an issue. I've noticed that as I become more aware of my breathing, the problem seems to intensify. I've got a bit of a cough in my throat and occasionally my nose gets blocked, which only adds to the difficulty. I end up having to breathe through my mouth and yawn a lot just to feel like I'm getting enough air. Do you have any idea what might be going on?
Since the medication for acidity hasn't helped, I recommend revisiting your doctor to reassess the cause. Given that the symptoms are persisting and worsening, further investigation is important to rule out conditions like asthma, allergies, or heartlung problems. I've got pleural effusion in both lungs, but it's more serious on the right side. Ever since February 5th, I've had a bit of chest pain on the right side. They diagnosed me with TB on March 5th, and since then, I've been on ATT and later switched to the DOTS program on March 15th. They even drew out 250ml of fluid from my right lung on March 5th. My chest X-ray looked fine on March 1st, probably because there wasn't much fluid, but the one from April 1st shows my lower and middle lung lobes as kind of blurry or like they're collapsing. I've attached the X-ray. Is it normal for things to look worse after starting ATT? Should I be doing something specific or take extra precautions? Also, my breathing has gotten worse. I'm getting plenty of rest and eating a high-protein diet, but I'm really concerned. What should I do?
after att medication, it won't become normal immediately . It takes time for chest xray to be normal.

I'm experiencing continuous pain in my mid rib and chest muscle. I've had a cough and sometimes feel dizzy and short of breath. Does this sound like something I should be worried about?
Get a chest xray done and visit physician for evaluation and appropriate management
