My mom recently recovered from corona, but now her lungs are 64 percent infected. Whenever she walks, her oxygen levels drop. Can you give some advice on what we should do?

View allI've been dealing with a cough for the past month and had symptoms that reminded me of Covid-19, but I've taken the RTPCR test twice this month, and both came back negative. Even so, I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my lungs. Any idea what could be going on or what I should do next?

I've been struggling with getting a cough and cold over and over again. It's strange because I don't really cough during the day, but at night it gets so bad that I can't sleep properly. What could be causing this, and what can I do to get a good night's sleep?

I've been dealing with continuous breathlessness and mild chest pain for the last 5 years, and it's really been affecting my life. My local chest specialist gave me some anxiety meds, and they help a bit but not fully. I've had ECHO and TMT tests in the past 14 months to check for heart problems, but they came back normal. Sometimes sleeping helps, but other times it gets worse when I'm trying to sleep. I'm feeling really restrictedI can't exercise or playand it's frustrating not knowing the root cause, which means I'm not really getting treated for it. Can you suggest what steps I could take or what might be going on?
try doing some exercises and yoga
