My mom was diagnosed with COPD and dilated RARVPA about three months ago. She tested positive for COVID last week but has since recovered. However, her oxygen levels sometimes drop to 80, especially when she's sleeping. I'm really worried about how serious this might be. Can you tell me more about what foods she should avoid and what she should be eating instead?

I'm having this breathlessness for the last three days, and its really starting to worry me. I've got this weird feeling of postnasal drip happening but no cold or cough. There's just a tiny bit of white mucus, really not much. I've been taking some meds for a couple of days now, but they don't seem to be helping much. In fact, it feels even worse after I eat or lie down. What's going on here? Is there something else I should try or be concerned about?

I'm dealing with an itchy throat and a tight feeling in my chest for the past four months. I've tried acidity meds, but nothing seems to work. I'm wondering if spondylitis could be causing these issues. I also feel like my anxiety has ramped up because of the whole COVID situation, which might be making it worse. And sometimes, it feels like I can't take deep breaths properly. Could you please give me some advice?
no spondylitis will not cause above symptoms, take steam inhalation
