I'm just trying to figure out what might be causing this rib pain. Any ideas on what could be going on or what I should do next?

My mom's been on arthritis medication and we just got her liver function test results back. Her GGT levels are up to 84, and I'm really worried. Is this something dangerous? Can we do something about it? Would love your insight.
