I've been noticing this issue with my calf muscles for almost a year now. Every night when I lie down to sleep, I feel this persistent pain in my leg, and it's even worse during the winter months. The discomfort just doesn't seem to go away. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can find some relief?

. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general surgeon

View allI've been having some trouble lately. Whenever I do physical activity, I end up pulling muscles like my hamstring, and I feel like my joints, bones, and muscles are just weak. Its frustrating because I'm experiencing so much pain all overlike my low back, fingers, elbows, knees, you name it. A couple of months ago, I visited an orthopedic surgeon, and after some tests, it turned out I had high uric acid levels, so they gave me medicine for three weeks. But it didnt really help, and I'm still dealing with these issues. Could you help me figure out what's going on? What should I do next?
In my opinion your uric acid levels have not become normal so you need to continue with the medication for a month and den you need to get it checked once again.. as you are saying that you are getting pain everywhere in the body you must also go for calcium vitamin d and vitamin b 12 levels checked I think that will be deranged as well... so if they are deranged then you need to take medications for that...and stop masturbating on a regular basis... becoz body becomes weak if anybody does it daily...get well soon take care...

My X-ray report says there are osteophytes on both knee joints with reduced joint spaces and mentions osteoarthritis but no loose bodies. What does this actually mean for my knees? What kind of treatment would help and is surgery usually needed for this condition?
please share the report.

I'm dealing with this annoying pain in the upper thigh on my left side. It's not super intense, but it's always there and gets on my nerves. There's also some swelling at the top of my thigh compared to the other side, and the pain seems to start there and then moves down to the inner part of my thigh. Ive already done an MRI of my hip and pelvis, and even had my blood tests done everything came back normal except for a vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency. I've been taking vitamin B12 injections and 60k IU of vitamin D3 once a week, but its only been two weeks so far. Im just wondering how long it will take for my vitamin levels to get back to normal. Also, Ive tried physical therapy, but it hasn't really helped with the pain or swelling. Any advice on what I can do next?
