I've been noticing this issue with my calf muscles for almost a year now. Every night when I lie down to sleep, I feel this persistent pain in my leg, and it's even worse during the winter months. The discomfort just doesn't seem to go away. Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can find some relief?

. Calf pain is usually due to venous insufficiency, muscle strain due to abnormal posture or stress, rarely even arterial insufficiency. It will need detailed clinical examination. Also investigations like venous or arterial doppler might be needed is venous or arterial insufficiency is suspected. So kindly consult a general surgeon

My mom is 48 and has been dealing with RA for 17 years, mostly on allopathic meds like DMARDS and Methotrexate. In 2015, she got diagnosed with ILD and was treated with Cyclophosphamide at AIIMS. Recently, she developed Avascular necrosis in both hips (stage 2 and 3) from long-term steroid use and had core decompression surgery. Now her doctors want to stop steroids and switch to Rituximab IV. Is there any Ayurvedic treatment that can completely cure these conditions? If yes, how long would the treatment take and what would it involve?

How can I treat cervical spondylitis permanently without surgery? I really want to avoid an operation and prefer natural methods like medicine and exercises what's the best way to manage this long-term?
The chiropractor may manipulate your spine or perform massage to relieve symptoms. The treatment is typically done after X-rays of the cervical spine have been completed. Both massage therapy and acupuncture are being studied to treat neck pain. Some early results suggest that both may be helpful.
