My mom's blood pressure is at 200100, and our family doctor mentioned some medication called Stemlo 5. Should we be doing anything else for her? She's 46 years old and weighs about 76.8 kg.

I've been dealing with blood pressure issues for about a year now. Initially, I was on S Numlo, but I had to stop because it caused swelling in my legs. Then, I switched to Eritel 40 mg for a few months, and now I've been taking Eritel 20 mg for the past couple of months. It mentions a "20% stenosis" in the distal left main, and a "90% stenosis" in the proximal left anterior descending artery, plus a "60% stenosis" in the mid LAD. The distal LAD is stated as normal, but there's a "40% stenosis" in the diagonal. Also, it says my right coronary artery has a "90% eccentric stenosis" in the distal part, though the rest is fine, as well as the PDA and minimal disease in PLV. Could you help me understand what all this means, and what should be done? I'm feeling really lost here.
