The doctor mentioned that D and C may not help in stopping the bleeding, but they can be done if needed. Is a hysterectomy (removing the uterus) the only option?

A low grade evening fever can be from a viral or low grade infection. If no other symptoms appear, monitor for a few more days. Repeat tests if it lasts over 10 days.
