I'm considering LASIK surgery for my eyes and wanted to know which clinic in Hyderabad would be the best option. I've heard mixed opinions some say Maxi Vision is better than LV Prasad for LASIK, but I'm not sure. Could you share your thoughts on which place has better results and care? Also, what should I look for when choosing a clinic for this procedure?
Lasik is a machine based surgery... It is equally good at all institutions In my personal opinion and experience, LV prasad is a very good institution

Can an OCT scan detect retinal scars if someone has cataracts or does the cataract block the view of the retina
While cataracts can sometimes obscure the view of the retina during a standard eye exam, an OCT scan can often detect retinal scars even in the presence of cataracts, though the clarity of the scan may be reduced. Cataracts can scatter and block light, making it harder to visualize the retina directly, but OCT uses light waves that can penetrate some degree of cloudiness. If the cataract is very dense, however, OCT imaging may be limited, and alternative methods like ocular ultrasound might be needed.
