I've been having this chest pain ever since I fell a couple of days ago. It hurts when I move or do things like cough or sneeze, and I can't seem to find a comfortable position to sleep on either side. Should I be worried about this, and do you think I should get it checked out?
Ecg,cardiac markers and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

6 weeks post ACL surgery and my physiotherapist keeps forcefully bending my knee during home visits, causing intense pain. He increases the bend every day with more pressure and also compresses my knee while elevating my leg from the ankle. Is this normal or is he being too aggressive with the recovery process?
Pain from physio should be tolerable; forceful passive bending early on may harm—consider a second opinion.
