My mother tested COVID+ on 28/08/20. She has not repeated the test. Her latest blood report shows CRP higher than 0.20 and serum ferritin 130 (screenshot attached). She still feels weak and has gastric issues. Could you please suggest some diet tips or a tonic to improve her strength?

Her CRP and ferritin look fine, weakness may just be post viral fatigue. Give high-protein soft meals (dal, eggs, paneer, curd, rice). Small, frequent meals with vitamin supplements help. Tonic like B complex with iron can support recovery. Rule out anemia or thyroid issues if fatigue continues.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

I was infected with COVID in June. I did not do a second test as my doctor advised it was unnecessary. I have been experiencing a sinus infection for the past 20 to 25 days. My CT PNS report does not show any opacity, so my doctor said it is not black fungus. However, my blood report shows high lymphocyte count. Is this lymphocytosis, or is it normal? Please advise. I have attached my blood test report for reference.

I get tired easily and cannot run or climb much. I do not do any exercise. I have attached my whole blood report along with my blood sugar report. Why do I feel weakness or fatigue? Thanks and regards.
