my mri report shows disc desiccation with mild diffuse disc bulge and a posterocentral disc herniation at l5s1 level pressing on the thecal sac what does this mean i had spinal surgery back in april 2017 for a tumor in my spinal cord could this be related or something new to worry about

Had transsphenoidal surgery last year to remove a pituitary tumor, but my latest MRI shows it's still there. What are my options now? Should I be worried about this?

my mri report says i have a slip disc in L5S1 and doctors are recommending surgery but i'm not sure if that's my only option. can you tell me if spinal decompression therapy could work for me or what other treatments might help avoid surgery
