I've been dealing with something really weird and it's got me a bit concerned. So, a few times now, I've coughed up this big, white, cheese-like chunk that smells terrible. I had to vomit a few times to get it out, and it's left me with some congestion in my throat. It was massive, white, and I'm not sure if it's coming from my stomach or somewhere in my throat. I haven't had any cheese or paneer recently, so I'm puzzled. There's no pain, fever, or anything like that, but I'm unsure if it could be a tonsil stone, though it was really big. I'm a bit worried because I had my earwax removed by an ENT and they used a sharp tool. After that, they inserted this pipe-like instrument, and it made this really loud noise in my ear. It's been about 25 days now, and there's still some pain in my ear, but it's not super severe. I'm just concerned that maybe this pipe thing hurt my eardrum. So, if the pipe did hit my eardrum, would there have been immediate, intense pain? And what are the signs of having a hole in your eardrum?
