My nose bone is bent and causing sinus and head problems. Is there any way to straighten it without surgery? I really don't want to go under the knife if there's another option. What can I do to fix this?

Mild deviations with minor symptoms can try nasal strips, decongestants, or breathing exercises before opting for surgery.

I'm really concerned about a lump I've noticed slightly behind where my left tonsil was removed about 8 years ago. It doesn't hurt and seems to be the same color as the rest of my throat. I don't have any trouble eating, but when I dry swallow or just swallow saliva, it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat. It's been there for a couple of months now, and I'm just so aware of it all the time. Is it something I should be worried about, like throat cancer? I've attached a picture too.

No need to worry, that could be normal lymphnodes or mucus retention cyst, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management
