I'm experiencing some pain around my Adam's apple, and it occasionally feels like it's affecting the inside too. These days, though, it's mostly on the outside. I'm really concerned about what this might mean. Could you tell me what that might be and if there's anything I should do about it?

I've been dealing with this really painful and persistent issue where the inside of my right nostril is dried out and raw and it just won't heal. It's been ongoing for about 8 months now and I've even been to the ER twice. I've tried everything from antibiotics to all the natural remedies I could think of like humidifiers, ice, heat packs, vaseline, coconut oil, saline spray, pain medications, and even steam, but nothing seems to work. The pain is worse than anything I've experiencedeven worse than childbirth. I'm super worried. What else could be causing this problem?

I've been experiencing mild pain when I swallow, but talking seems fine. It also hurts a bit when I press on it firmly. I'm not sure if this is just passing, or maybe it's from a cut or something. Should I be concerned?
