I accidentally cut the skin on my ear while shaving and used undiluted Dettol with a cotton ball on the cut. Unfortunately, some of the Dettol got into my ear, and I felt a burning sensation right away. I'm really worried about whether this could cause any damage to my ear or even my brain. Could this be a problem?

I've been feeling this weird needle-like sensation in my throat for a couple of days. There's no soreness or itchiness, and I don't have a cold or anything. It actually feels better when I drink something warm. Do you think taking something like Azithromycin or Amoxy Clav would help?
