my one-year-old son had arthrotomy surgery for tuberculosis in his knee with synovial membrane hypertrophy now the doctor recommended physiotherapy but there's still swelling without warmth they also suggested a turnbuckle splint or KAFO where can we get this and how long until he can walk again

I'm experiencing this pain in my right butt cheek, and it's really bothering me, especially when I sit down. It feels like there's a spot where the muscle is really hard. I'm not sure what's happening. Any ideas about what it could be?

I have backspin spondylolysis at L5S1 and my recent x-ray shows it. I'm a dancer and cyclist and really want to avoid surgery. Can physiotherapy or other natural treatments help heal this condition?
