last year my ultrasound showed gallstones and i tried desi treatment but it didn't help now the stone is 13 mm can homeopathy cure this without needing surgery
While some smaller gallstones may be managed without surgery, a 13mm gallstone, especially if symptomatic, typically requires surgical intervention. Homeopathy is not a proven method for removing or dissolving gallstones.
