My partner and I have noticed that during sex, initially, theres a lot of tightness, but then it seems to loosen after a few seconds. Is this a common thing, or should we be worried? I'd love to understand why this happens and if there's something we should do?

This could be due to erectile dysfunction or difficulty maintaining an erection, which may be linked to stress, anxiety, fatigue, or medical conditions like poor blood flow or hormonal imbalances. A consultation with a doctor is important to assess the underlying cause and explore treatment options.
