ESR is not used to detect pregnancy. A missed period needs confirmation via urine or blood pregnancy test.

I usually have a 26 day cycle. I am taking medicine for pregnancy and last month the doctor gave me progesterone Susten after egg rupture. Last month I got my period on 7th. As per my cycle, I was supposed to get my period this month on 3rd, but I still have not got it. Usually, I see brown spotting two days before my period.
