Early pregnancy bleeding can happen due to implantation or other reasons. Since the bleeding stopped and was light, it may not be serious. Avoid stress, rest, and repeat the pregnancy test or get a beta hCG test to confirm.

Hi, last month I had an HSG test, which was normal. This month, I was given an HCG 5000 injection for ovulation. My left ovary released an egg a few days ago.
