My pus cells are 20 to 25 and epithelial cells are also 20 to 25. I have done a blood test which shows creatinine 0.70, urea 17, and hemoglobin 12. What does this mean? Am I having any serious condition?

High pus and epithelial cells in urine strongly indicate UTI. Do a Urine Culture to identify the bacteria and take antibiotics accordingly. Creatinine and urea are normal, so kidney function is fine.

I am recently getting high fever up to 102 degrees F every day twice. My urine report shows pus cells 20 to 22 per hpf. There is a bulky left kidney with mild to moderate perinephric fat stranding concerning for acute pyelonephritis. There is cholelithiasis without cholecystitis.
