My recent blood test shows that my Vitamin B12 level is 204 pg per ml, while the normal reference range is 211 to 911 pg per ml. Should I be concerned about this mild deficiency? Would you recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements, or should I try to improve it through natural dietary sources first? Also, what would be an ideal or healthy Vitamin B12 level for someone of my age (27 years) and height (5.11)?

Slightly low. Supplementation (oral or injectable) is safe and effective. Natural sources alone may take longer.

View allMy latest blood report shows that I have low Vitamin B12 at 102 which should be above 211 and a high uric acid level of 9.5 which should be below 7. I need to know if I can take a Vitamin B12 tablet called Cobal 500 mcg Mecobalamin to increase my Vitamin B12 levels.

My nose has not been working for 1 month. I am not able to smell anything and sometimes my pulse rate gets very high. I also have sneezing issues and sneeze too much at times. I have checked my blood results and I am attaching my blood report.
