My recent complete blood count test report is attached. I have been suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency and experiencing pins and needles for the last three years. This is my latest CBC report. Can you please evaluate the details?

View allI have been experiencing dizziness and slight imbalance for the past 30 days. I have been taking Vertin tablets, but they have not helped. I underwent a CT scan of the brain, which was normal, and an ENT examination, which ruled out ear problems. I am still experiencing symptoms and also have acid reflux and stiffness from upper back to neck. Could this be due to a vitamin deficiency? I am attaching my CBC results for reference.

Hello doctor, I had ankle swelling and pain, as well as finger pain. I consulted an orthopedic doctor, who tested me and found high uric acid, low ESR, low vitamin B12, and low hemoglobin. The doctor prescribed some medicines. I would like a second opinion. Are these tablets safe, and do they contain steroids? I have attached my report and medicine prescription.
