I have been experiencing dizziness and slight imbalance for the past 30 days. I have been taking Vertin tablets, but they have not helped. I underwent a CT scan of the brain, which was normal, and an ENT examination, which ruled out ear problems.

I am still experiencing symptoms and also have acid reflux and stiffness from upper back to neck. Could this be due to a vitamin deficiency? I am attaching my CBC results for reference.

My report shows, Hemoglobin is 12.8 g/dL, MCV is 109.9 fL, MCH is 33.2 pg, MCHC is 30.3 g/dL, RDWSD is 59.3 fL, RDWCV is 14.4 percent. Could you please explain the significance of these findings?
