I have been experiencing continuous chest pain and back pain for the past 3 months. The pain feels like a burning/healing sensation, and I also have slight dizziness. I took Acidfelex for 4 months but it did not help. I already had cardiac tests done, and everything was fine. I also consulted an ENT doctor for the dizziness. What could be the problem, and how can it be diagnosed

Normal heart, ENT checks means good. Pain may be muscle strain, acidity, or low vitamins. Eat small meals, avoid stress, light stretch. Do Vitamin D, B12, Spine Xray. See doctor if pain worsens.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

Hi, I am attaching my blood report. The MCV and MCHV seem to be out of the normal range. Could you please let me know if this is a cause for concern and if any further action is needed? Thank you.
