Feeling tired and weak with pain in hand may be from a nerve issue in the spine or shoulder. Vitamin B12 or D deficiency. Thyroid or anemia issues. We need to look at your X ray and HRCT to confirm.

Hello, my dad (age 50 years) experiences extreme anger. I have been having mild, constant pain in my arms and legs and tingling in my face and tongue for the past six months. The problem is more pronounced after exercise or even brisk walking. I have developed sensitivity to sound and an odd metallic taste in my mouth. My blood reports, including vitamin B12 and D3, are normal. Only my total cholesterol and LDL are low at 43. Fatigue is constant, and sometimes joint pain also occurs.
