Feeling tired and weak with pain in hand may be from a nerve issue in the spine or shoulder. Vitamin B12 or D deficiency. Thyroid or anemia issues. We need to look at your X ray and HRCT to confirm.

My recent blood test shows that my Vitamin B12 level is 204 pg per ml, while the normal reference range is 211 to 911 pg per ml. Should I be concerned about this mild deficiency? Please suggest the report results. I always have brain fog and back head pain. While walking I feel like I may fall down and sudden movement of the head causes dizziness. Eye movement is also difficult.
