Feeling tired and weak with pain in hand may be from a nerve issue in the spine or shoulder. Vitamin B12 or D deficiency. Thyroid or anemia issues. We need to look at your X ray and HRCT to confirm.

My wife, age 34, underwent pituitary tumor surgery 3 years ago. Her recent blood report shows Vitamin B12 is 927 pg/mL, hemoglobin is 10 g/dL, and PCV is 31 percent. She has been experiencing heavy gastric issues that do not subside even with medications like PPIs. Additionally, she has an enlarging fibroid. Her weight is 67 kg and blood pressure is 90/70 mmHg. My father has been a chain smoker for many years. Recently, I have noticed that he has become very lethargic, has lost interest in daily activities, and is also showing signs of forgetfulness.
