I need help analyzing my parents blood reports and understanding if they need to take any supplements. I can send the reports via email.

To assess whether your parents need supplements, we will need to review the full blood report. If levels of vitamin D, B12, hemoglobin, or calcium are low, supplements can be prescribed accordingly.

View allIs there any relationship between vitamin B12 and liver? I have B12 deficiency even though I am non vegetarian (homocysteine is normal). My liver report shows indirect bilirubin 1.19, total bilirubin 1.39, and GGT 67, which are beyond the normal range. Is there any connection between the B12 deficiency and liver report? Last year I had acidity issues and the doctor prescribed Pantocid and Refagut 400 for 30 days. I also have excess vitamin K in my test report. I am non alcoholic.

I got my blood test report, which shows that I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. However, I eat eggs and other non vegetarian foods regularly, so I am not sure why my levels are low. What could be the reason, and how can I bring my B12 levels back to normal?
