My recent USG pelvis scan showed a uterine polyp and bilateral ovarian cysts. The doctor recommended having hysteroscopy and laparoscopy done together. Is it safe to get both surgeries at the same time? What are the pros and cons of combining them versus doing them separately?

My ultrasound report says my right ovary is bulky and there's a 3.2x2.2 cm cyst without septation. Should I be considering surgery for this or will medication be enough to treat it? I'm a bit worried about what this means for my health.
