My report mentions that I have an anteverted uterus with no focal lesions, no free fluid in the POD, and no ascites. The endometrial thickness is 9.3 mm. I have not had my period yet. Your ultrasound is normal. A 9.3 mm endometrial lining suggests ovulation has occurred. With PCOD, periods can be delayed even after ovulation. Consider taking a home pregnancy test. Altered thyroid levels can also contribute to missed periods. So get done UPT, serum Beta HCG and Thyroid profiling for better diagnosis.
