My report shows the following thyroid levels, T3 is 1.38, T4 is 69.1, and TSH is 12.0. This is my first time checking these values. Kindly advise if medication should be started.

A TSH of 12 suggests hypothyroidism. Your doctor may start a low dose of thyroid medication and recheck in 6 to 8 weeks. This condition is manageable and quite common.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

Attached are the last blood test reports.
