Hello Doctor, for the past three days, I have been experiencing nausea (especially when standing), numbness throughout my body, a constant cold feeling in my feet, excessive sleepiness (I sleep around 18 hours a day), a dry throat, and loss of appetite due to food tasting different. On the first day of these symptoms, I visited a doctor who gave me an injection and advised me to get a blood test, which I have attached here.
